1. Conference registration fee includes attendance at main conference session (Tuesday, October 24th, 2023). There will be a separate registration fee for each in-person workshops conducted by the experts on Monday October 23rd and Wednesday October 25th, 2023.
2. All the payments must be made till the registration deadline (Thursday, August 30th, 2023) for early bird discount and (Saturday, September 30th,2023) for regular fee. There is a special group registration discount till Saturday, September 30th,2023.
3. Bank Transfer not allowed only payments will be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Master Card only) For both the national and international participants.
4. Delegates from outside Pakistan can secure their registration by paying through credit/debit card (Visa or Master Card only).
5. Registrations that are cancelled in more than 10 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
6. Cancellations made in less than 10 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund.
7. The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
